Spoke with Jamie. She said her accident was scary. Her husband was out of town and the vehicle seemed like it might be a total loss. Her husband wanted to have the vehicle brought here, but Triple A said no. The business was in the middle of getting it approved. Sometimes Jamie was not able to get information as soon as she expected it. The communication issues involved Triple A and probably were not the business' responsibility. Angie Grady was her representative. Angie got Jamie all the information she needed in the end. The business gave excellent service and did excellent work. They did not charge for a follow-up item. The vehicle was buffed and looked cleaner than Jamie has ever seen it. Everyone was really nice. Jamie said they did such a good job on the Volkswagen that she plans to use them for her BMW, instead of the other business she's been using. She stated she and Jason were totally pleased.
