Paula said she was not happy or pleased with the entire repair experience. She had to bring the vehicle back to this business three times and has just scheduled her fourth visit. The vehicle took two weeks longer than expected due to additional damage being found. They did not call her with updates during the repair process she had to call them. When she picked the vehicle up it was dirty and three or four things they promised to repair were not repaired. The owner was notified after the first experience and he did call her to try to correct what had gone wrong. However, the second experience was no better than the first. When she picked up the vehicle after the second visit the radio and navigation system were not working. She returned for a third visit and now the tire light monitor keeps coming on and her lights are not working. The front desk representative was rude and uninterested during each visit and Owen was nice but did not follow through. She is not going to return to this business and has an appointment with Mercedes to finish the repairs to her vehicle.
