Jana said when she went to pick up her vehicle the bumper that had been purchased had not been installed, but instead the business tried to just buff out the damaged area. She pointed out this mistake and they apologized and promptly handled the repair a second time. Fernando was great. She suggests the business double check their work as well as remember to make sure they use the parts they order on the specific vehicles they are ordered for.
