I went in for an oil change for my Porsche Boxster at the Alpharetta location for the first time and had a positive experience. The staff was kind and courteous, answered all of my questions and accommodated me well. I was pleased with the service and loved the fact that they did a full inspection of the vehicle and not just the oil change to ensure that there is nothing else that needs maintenance. Because of this inspection, the mechanic found 2 nails in one of my tires that I was not aware of and was able to get this issue handled quickly. If he hadn't caught this, I may have learned of it in a less pleasant way. I will see them the next time I have any maintenance needs on my Porsche.
