Another 5-Star Experience
Seven years ago I was so frustrated with the sales staff and service department that I decided to by my current Santa Fe at another local Hyundai dealership. However, since then Fairfax Hyundai has made improvements in their customer service approach, expanded their service hours, increased the number of mechanics, and really made a commitment to excellence. So much so that I recommended the dealership to my mom and helped her purchase a vehicle there and I exclusively use the Fairfax Hyundai Service Department for our vehicle needs. This latest visit Margaret was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and explained how my vehicle was serviced and recommendations for future work in a concise and easy to understand manner. I strongly recommend you visit this dealership for your Hyundai needs. Now if they can give me a good deal on a 2014.....
