Takes forever- avoid!!
They cannot tell you a correct time. I went for an oil change, they had only 2 people working instead of 6. They told me it would take 1 hour, it took 2.5 hours. They are so unprofessional and I would not recommend it.

I do apologize that you had such a poor experience when you came in to have your car serviced. I agree that you should have had an accurate estimate on how long the service should have taken. Often times though there are reasons for service taking longer then expected, so please allow me to look into this situation.
