I went to the same Toyota service ctr for many years. At my last Camery service visit, they neglected to tell me there was a serious problem (I found it scribbled by a mechanic on a back sheet). I called to check on this, and was told about a few problems needing work, close to $2K. I went to Fast Automotive for a 2nd opinion. They identified the one serious problem and explained it. They found the other work Toyota said was required was unnecessary. Although the one problem wasn't a cheap fix, it was definitely less than Toyota, and they only did what was needed. I will be back! (Only downside is they don't have weekend hours.)
