We have been faithful customers of Fastlane for years, but lately service has taken a MAJOR dive in quality. We just took one of our cars in for an oil change, only to have it given back to us with incorrect settings on the dashboard display and a huge stain on the passenger seat. In addition, we recently had to bring our other car back to have the repair the repairs they made that caused new noises and issues. All of this started because of us simply needing routine checkups. When you receive your car back from the mechanic you expect it to be BETTER than it was when you brought it in! Unfortunately, we will be taking our business elsewhere. :(
