Honesty , great communication skills and smiles
Love that I can stop by in a short notice and get seen on the spot or schedule for later. I have been here twice were they was helpful and didn't charge me for minor things. When an major issue came up I knew I could trust them to do it with no hesitation. I didn't like the price but hey get it fix right or cost you more later. I can definitely say my car drives like a new one again.
