Dealership Great - Repair Shop BAD
This Dealership has really great salesman and cars, however; their Repair Shop is Effird of Florence, NOT good on finding non-known problems. They do very well on known issues. Just don't take a vehicle with a problem they have not heard of!!!!

THE CUSTOMER CAME IN FOR OIL CHANGE AND ASKED WHEN LEAVING A QUESTION OF WHEN THE CRUISE CONTROL IS ON THE RPMS WILL GO UP GOING DOWN DOWN AND SHIFTS INTO A LOWER GEAR AND WHEN YOU APPLY BRAKES AND LET OFF AND RESUME CRUISE PRMS WILL GO HIGHER TO GET BACK TO SET SPEED, THIS IS NORMAL HOWEVER WE WILL BE HAPPY TO SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR CUSTOMER TO BRING IN SHOP TO CHECK AND VERIFY CONCERN. WE WOULD ALSO LIKE FOR CUSTOMER TO TEST DRIVE WITH TECH TO VERIFY HIS CONCERN.
