Kent said in the vehicle was two weeks late because of a parts delay, and it was unpleasant because there was a fee for his rental vehicle. He had to pay double the cost of his deductible because of having his rental vehicle for 2 extra weeks. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because the business either called him the day of or the day after to inform him about changes in the due date. He was not satisfied with the business' communication for the above reason. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
