Mimi said the bumper was still loose when she came to the business to pick up her vehicle. The manager was very professional about it and had good customer service. She is satisfied with the outcome. The first call from the business she got was when the vehicle was done. The representative said they were previously trying to call another phone number. She will only take her vehicle to an Acura certified facility and they were on Acura's website.
