Earl said the employees at this business did a good job and they completed it when they said they would. He has had experience with two other facilities, one involving his vehicle and one involving someone else's vehicle. He was not completely satisfied with the experiences at the other facilities because they were terrible. However, his experience with this business was very nice. He was satisfied with the work and the amount of time it took them to finish it. His vehicle looks very nice after being repaired. He brought his vehicle in on a Monday, they said the repair would take 5 days, and it was ready when promised. He was recommended to them by the insurance company, and they are known about where he lives. He was confident he would be satisfied with their customer service.
