Thomas said the business forgot to put a clip on the bumper of the vehicle. He has to take the vehicle back to have the clip put on. His vehicle was not completed on time because of a storm, but he chose not to elaborate about the delay length. He was kept very informed by the business and the business is a good company. The personnel even helped him work with the insurance company when he had problems with them. The business did a good job and he has no complaints.
