Spoke with Colin. He said he made an appointment to take his vehicle in first thing on Wednesday morning to have it ready on Friday. He drove by on Wednesday afternoon and saw that it was still sitting in the same spot. Then on Friday he was told the insurance had not sent back the paperwork yet, but when he contacted the insurance company he was told the business had only sent the forms that Friday. Due to this he needed to adjust his vehicle rental days, which took 4-5 hours of his time when it would not have been necessary if his vehicle was repaired on time. He said he is very unhappy with the service the business provided. They were unorganized and there was an overall lack of communication.
