Elizabeth said the overall experience with Fradella's Collision Center was rated a 3 due to the repair taking so long. She also said the tire pressure gauge was saying she had a flat on the rear but the flat was on the front of the vehicle and is not reading correctly after the repair was completed on the vehicle. There was a nail imbedded in a tire, which was pulled out during the repair, but the tire was not repaired which caused the tire to go flat when the vehicle was returned. The vehicle was ready two days later than promised and no reason for the delay was given.
