Rene said there was no set promised date of when his vehicle would be ready, because they didn't know how long it would be. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he was the one who had to call to follow up on the status of his vehicle. On his previous experience at the business, they did keep him informed during the repair process, so he is not complaining.
