Brent said he was told the bumper did not need work but he had to bring it back because there was damage. His vehicle was about a week late because due to the holidays but added that is not an excuse because he had brought it in before the holidays. He had to keep contacting the business. He said he did not receive any calls when the deadline was approaching to verify if the vehicle would be ready. He had to contact the business himself. He said this is the first bad experience he has had with the business.
