Dorius said he noticed a second insert on the damaged bumper was also broken. He suggested the facility order two of the replacement parts and he would pay for the second but they both have to be fixed at the same time. The facility did not listen to him nor follow-up with him about it, so the one insert was fixed and the other is still broken. The bumper repair looks worse now than it did before the repair was done. He belives something was done to the battery of the vehicle while it was at the facility because the vehicle did not have starting problems before. The facility took the vehicle to Firestone to try and figure it out, and then they took it to the local Mazda dealership where they were told the vehicle had lost its computer programming. He personally had two different tests done on the battery to confirm it was still good but the facility might have jumped the vehicle incorrectly at one point. There was also fabric pulled out on the dash of the vehicle, which was not put back correctly so it does not look as good now. They would not recommend this business due to this experience.
