Majia said this business had recommended her to go to her original dealership because she is still under warranty at that dealership. She mentioned that this business could not figure out what was wrong with her battery, which is why they recommended her to the dealership. She said this business gave her a promise time of 3 days for when the repairs would be complete, but it ended up taking a month to complete the repairs. She stated that the insurance company did not send the documents but when she contacted the insurance company they informed her that this business did not contact them at all. This business would not fix her vehicle until the insurance company sent the documents. This business had originally given her an estimate of $600 but changed the estimate to $1,400 for the damages that happened to her vehicle. She would not recommend this business for the reasons stated.
