Haywood said although he was satisfied with the repair, there was one panel which was not painted. It was just put back on the vehicle so it now looks two toned. The repairs took 3 weeks longer than expected due to delays by the insurance company. It was not the fault of the business. When he called them for updates, his calls were not returned in a timely manner.
