Tommy said he was very upset with State Farm, who is the insurance company of the person that hit him. He was guaranteed from a representative at State Farm that, because he was preferred customer, if he takes his vehicle to the business, they would have his vehicle ready on a certain date, but it wasn't. On the day that he thought his vehicle would be ready, he received a call from the business saying that they were waiting for the parts to arrive. He blames State Farm for lying to him and he feels that was wrong to do. His vehicle was ready 9 days past the time it was promised, due to a parts delay. He was not kept informed during the repair process, because he was told that the computers were not updated to be able to tell him anything. He added that Mike was awesome. The business did a great job and the repair looks very nice.
