Burton said he was completely satisfied with the quality of the repair, except for 1 issue. There was an accident, not accident related to his claim. There was a dent in the middle, on the driver's side door, and the dent is about a half inch. The representative advised they would call him to make arrangements to resolve the issue. He updated his phone number with the business on Tuesday. The representative advised him someone would get back to him by the end of the day. However it has been 3 days, and he hasn't heard back from anyone. Otherwise, he would rate the overall experience with the business a 9. The workmanship completed on his vehicle related to the accident was great.
