Melisse said her vehicle was delayed a week because she was waiting on a second estimate from the insurance company. She was never given an official estimate from the business. At the end of the service she was given a call about her vehicle being ready but that was the only communication she had with the business. Everyone was really nice and the vehicle looks good.
