Yvette said her vehicle was about a week late and they did not explain the reason for the delay, but they mentioned something about the paint work. After the work was completed she asked them to do an oil change and a transmission flush. They told her they would and it would be ready the next day, but when she called, it wasn’t done. The following Monday she got a call and was told they were not able to do the transmission flush and oil change because they didn’t have the equipment. She said Hondas can be tricky and if they had known more about Hondas at their Chalmette location they would have known that they couldn’t do the work. She will recommend them if the person who needs work has the time. The quality of their work is good, but it takes a while. Everything was good, except for the time.
