              This system is not one monitored by the computer, all diagnostic work is done manually and has to be duplicated or all tests will be normal for your vehicle. The vehicle was test driven numerous times in an attempt to duplicate the problem. Load test was done on alternator, battery and starter, with data as normal. Power, grounds and operation of security system as potential cause was also looked at and again tested normally, there is no other information available as all was normal at test time. Â

charged $99 i assume for labor?
was told diagnostics were run and i expect ted that sort of detailed information on specifics that are looked at on the receipt for our future reference
