Disappointed
So tired of untrained service reps. Tired of not getting my mileage reimbursement after specifically requesting it. Last visit they lost my car and it was never sent to wash even though they called me to say it was done

Well, this is an unusual comment for us. And we always want to hear about the good, but when it wasn't as it should be we want to know about that also.
I am definitely interested in your experience with my consultants, as they go through continuous ongoing training to stay up on policy and customer handling skills. ( very interested). Also very interested in hearing about NOT getting your mileage reimbursement after you request it, as we do a dozen of these daily, and if there is a communication error on our side I would like to know about it. This one is a first for me.
Lastly, I would be interested in how your car was lost, as we have a small facility that does a huge volume and we have to be very particular of how we stage each process of the visit, from write up, to technician, to wash, to finish and delivery area.
