Verified Customerregretfuly I think you are holding the dealer responsible for a manufacturers audio concern. We diagnosed, ordered and installed the unit as per instructions from Hyundai. Not to blame the manufacturer either, the part was defective, they replaced it at its soonest convienence. It also sounds as if you had a set up issue with SIRIUS XM in which we also have no control over due to personal information. We or sorry for the inconvienence.
