My car had a leak in the gas tank - apparently I ran over something and punctured it. Gary was able to get a used tank and advised me that taking out the fuel tank might upset the electronics, and I might want to consider getting a new one. I considered it and decided to get one. The wrong parts came in 5 times! Finally when the correct part came in (an extra day day later), it was considerably more expensive than the estimate - but Gary stuck to the estimate, which greatly relieved me. I really appreciate that kind of business. He lost some money on this one, but may have gained more business in the doing!
