This is how I would describe my years of experience with Gateway Auto Tech - trustworthy, very thorough, accommodating, honest, skilled, fair and reasonably priced, they stand behind their work and they have a great staff. I would highly recommend them - and do so, whenever I have the opportunity. I feel very confident in making referrals to their service center. They never start the repairs without first calling me as to the problem and the costs involved. If they identify other potential problems - they always let me know my options. They are very accommodating in that they will drive me work while my car is in their service center and they will pick me up again, at the end of my work day. I don't even consider going any where else.
