Kim said she has no complaints, they did a wonderful job and they were good. They are friendly. She was told that once she owned her vehicle, she would get lifetime oil changes. She found out later on that oil changes are free for 1 year only.

"Auto repair"
I was very unhappy with the service on my car as I had just had this done 14 months ago. When I went to pick up the car which was to be ready at three I was still waiting for the car at 5:00. Chris gave me the wrong invoice for the repairs he gave me someone name Julieann, I called and ask him to mail me the right one. He then told me that he had gave me a two year warranty on the alternator but when I received the invoice it states that I have only one year warranty. He told me that the alternator that was put in he has not had only one in one hundred come back, I feel that mine was a bad alternator since he said he has only had one in one hundred come back, does not make sence to me. I don't feel that I will ever return to your place of business and I am doing all I can to see to it that I let everone I know how you treat your customers.
