"EXCELLENT SERVICE"
I was having a bad day up until the point when I dropped my car off with Ruby, my service advisor. Ruby made me feel like as if i was at home and she treated me with the utmost respect...I'm not a car person but ruby carefully detailed all the maintence that needed to be done to my vehicle and constantly updated me with information. I can say as long as Ruby is working i will continue to get my vehicle serviced by her!

We have went to a new system for alerting customers of the vehicle status and multipoint results on their vehicle. I agree that it is always best to talk face to face with our customers but unfortunately  most if not all dealerships are going to this new process for record keeping purposes. Unbelievably quick service! Brought in for Recall evaluation on Thursday, was approved on Friday, engine arrived at dealership on Tuesday and had my car back on Thursday. Even the Service Rep was surprised!

"Top-notch service"
Our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe broke down north of Lubbock and thus ended up with Gene Messer. They did a fantastic job over the next 3 weeks navigating a somewhat complex situation of an engine failure due to a warranty issue. Our car was back and working within 3 weeks, which was weeks before the original estimation. We are thankful for their professional level of service in this time of an unanticipated and large car problem. If we lived in Lubbock we would be happy to go back for other normal routine maintenance.

my last service was horrible and the car was smoking on the way to odessa because someone forgot to close the port that prevents the transmission fluid form leaking. Had to roll the car into odessa stressed out.
