"Service of Hyundai Genesis "
Like that actual appointments are set for service. The service is explained and cost quoted. If the time will be lengthy, their shuttle service is available. The mechanics do not mind explaining the workings of your vehicle and what they did to fulfill the scheduled service. The customer is acknowledged upon arrival and kept up to date on progress. Love having a shiny,clean car upon completion. Each visit has been a good experience.

"Smile Service department"
Service department needs to greet people more consistently. Immediate acknowledgement and a smile can make all the difference. People spend a lot of money on vehicles. They should feel a personal touch when going back to the dealership for service. The Sales department is great however!

"4 Star Review"
The only thing that prevents me from giving a 5 star review is that 6 months ago the service department would wash my car when I brought it in for an oil change. This was incentive enough for me to leave my car for the morning in order to have the oil changed. That seems to be a thing of the past and from now on, for convenience, the Quick Oil Change place down the street will get my business for oil changes.

We apologize for the car wash. We still do a complimentary car wash but it is by request only or automatic with any purchase over 100.00.
