During the deal I felt very pressured and then when I wanted to think about the offer before signing, the salesman got very defensive and made me not want to do business with him. After we got the deal worked out(truck+Fixed seat+Floor mats) they had me sign all the papers. Turns out I had to make 3 extra trips because they kept screwing up on the papers. After all those were figured out I had to remind the. For the fourth time to figure out my floor mats. They came up with a "deal" to only pay for half my floor mats even though in the contract it says they will provide floor mats. So now I have to pay extra for something that I was told I would get for free. Very Unsatisfied with my business here. I have wasted more time, gas, and money that the truck isn't even worth what I got it for. The employees need to stop worrying about making a buck and worry about customer satisfaction. Will not ever recommend this dealership.
