When the salemen, the manager and the service department. Take better care of you then the finance department. Then what great experience you received on the front end is robbed from you on the back end. Good customer service goes along way. I felt like after I signed my contract the second time, I became a bother. Was promised twice that I was getting my check on two different occasions . And still didn't get the check until 3 days later. No great follow ups ever came from that department. Just the salemen that kept putting out fires to keep me as a client. I picked up the check and 1:15mins later I was able to deposit the check properly. The check wasn't signed the first time.
