Then what great experience you received on the front end is robbed from you on the back end. Good customer service goes along way. I felt like after I signed my contract the second time, I became a bother. Was promised twice that I was getting my check on two different occasions . And still didn't get the check until 3 days later. No great follow ups ever came from that department. Just the salemen that kept putting out fires to keep me as a client. I picked up the check and 1:15mins later I was able to deposit the check properly. The check wasn't signed the first time.
