The sales people were pleasant. I didn't like the financial process.
I don't understand why the financial process needs to be done in person and not online. I had to fill out two financial applications, the finance person had to 'check with his boss' on numerous occasions, the price of the vehicle was not as advertised online, my trade in 'wasn't eligible' for the Kelley Blue Book estimate I had come in with, and the extended warranty was almost twice the value they gave me for my trade in. All in all not an experience I'd like to repeat. Ever.
