I was happy with your salesman Michael. But your Financial person Damon really disappointed me the day after I purchased the car I called him to tell him to finance me through my credit union and gave him the information, only to find out he went with Wells Fargo who had a higher interest rate. I called him a second time because my insurance agent needed the lender information and he never returned my call or the insurance agents. ( he said he did but he didn't because I never received a voice mail from him) I called again and finally got a hold of him and was lead to believe it was going to be my credit union. When I left the dealership I asked about the interest rate and he said he was going to shop for the best one. I think he just went with the easiest financial institution which to me was just LAZY of him. I have excellent credit and had pre approved financing but he said he could get me a lower rate. I love my car and got an excellent deal but Damon needs to get his stuff together lying about returning phone calls and contracts is unacceptable. Now I have to wait for my registration so I can refinance which is a waste of time when it should have been done right the first time!! I think after driving off the lot he didn't want to go the extra step in changing finance companies although he said he would.
