We had taken our Endeavor to our family mechanic in Clackamas, only to find out that it needed a software update they were unable to do. We were told we would need to take it to a dealership. We live and work in Tigard and taking the 205 in the afternoon is no picnic. After picking up our car, we discovered that the closest dealership to Tigard would still be on the East side. Not wanting to drive the 205 again, we hauled butt to Gladstone Mitsubishi and arrived shortly before they closed. Don, the service manager, was swamped, but still offered us a sympathetic ear, a smile and managed to add us to their workload, he even found a recall on our car that they could fix. There was no haggle, we didn't feel like we were causing them a big inconvenience like some service departments can make you feel. Don was awesome throughout the whole process! Even apologizing to us when they couldn't look at our car the very next day, never mind that we dropped it off last minute! For a dealership, we were very surprised at the service we received and will definitely be back!
