I thought the technicians were suppose to vacuum up the old glass. If they were they didn't do a thorough job ... there was a lot of glass chips on the seat (front passengers seat) and under that seat. This was not cleaned up before returning the car to me.

As soon as we received the survey we contacted the customer and apologized. We do vacuum the vehicles and if ever it is not to the customer's satisfaction we would like the opportunity to do a better job. In this case, the customer no longer owns the vehicle, we apologized, and the manager discussed the importance of throughly vacuuming vehicles with all branch staff.
