My experience was satisfactory, but, the only reason I gave a negative answer to any of the questions is because my interior was dirty when completed. The reason for this, is because, the technician noticed rust when the old windshield was pulled. He notified me of this and told me he would have to repair the the rusted are. No problem, I thought, and was happy he took initiative to notify me of this and fixed the problem. BUT, later i noticed, after I left, the rust he sanded away ended up all in the inside of my car. I had to have the car professionally washed after.
