I’ve had Kristina a couple of times now and she has GREAT customer service skills. Smiles, friendly, and knowledgeable. She answers all your questions, adds a personal touch by escorting you to the lounge, is pleasant from start to finish, and keeps you updated with any needed follow up. Thank you again Kristina!
