Ken said they forgot to service a damper for the door and there was a locking mechanism that wasn't working right for the rear passenger door. They had to reorder parts, so his vehicle was late. He was out of town, so he is unsure exactly how long the delay was. He said he thinks it was maybe 3 days late. Otherwise, they did a good job.
