Brandon rated his overall experience with Global Collision due to the vehicle not being ready as promised and he had to pay for a rental vehicle to cover the weekend. He was charged for having parts buffed that were not done. The vehicle was four days later than promised and there was no reason given for the delay. Brandon would not recommend due to the cost of his repair.

We will always keep the customer informed during the repair process, but cannot promise a completion date due to hidden damage and parts availability.
