Spoke with Patricia. Patricia said she would have rated the overall experience higher if the business had not chosen to change one of her fluids in her vehicle. Since they put the wrong fluid in, they had to flush her whole system and she had to wait 5 extra days to get it back. She said they should have consulted with her first before they changed the fluid in the vehicle. She mentioned the communication was bad and they never kept in contact with her to inform her on the status of her vehicle. They called her the first time to come and pick up her vehicle because it was supposedly ready, but when she got to the business they told her no, they are waiting on a parts. She stated she would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.
