Jessica said she was not satisfied with the quality of the body work. They did not complete the work and forgot to put the light bulbs in her headlights. She rated them a 3 for her overall experience because of the same reason mentioned above.

Every vehicle goes thru a quality control inspection, however we sent a rep to her to replace a burned out bulb.
