Alice said she likes this business very much. The only problem is what they thought they had fixed happened again today. The had replaced the starter. Occasionally when she would turn the starter instead of starting, it would make a groaning noise. Today was the first time it had done it since it was replaced. She trusts their service and is sure they will fix what needs it. She is very comfortable they will make it right.
