I had an appt to discuss trading in my 2011 Chevy Malibu that was on a "hot list" - previous year models in short supply. Skeptical that I would be able to make a deal, my sales rep, Jake was prepared and didn't waste my time coming up with a great deal for me to consider. He and Tony were enthusiastic and professional and truly made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. Good Chevrolet made me feel like part of their family - I was surprised in this day and age to see an organization so committed to customer service. Good Chevrolet is truly a top notch organization.

About 4 months ago I bought a 2013 Camaro and the deal was a total botch! I had a bad experience that left a bad tast in my mouth -- not to mention that I was in a car I did not like. I went in to have an oil change and while waiting a salesman by the name of Eric came to greet me while I was looking at a Cadillac. He gave me the keys and I went for a test drive. Upon returning he tried to work the deal to get me into the cadi ~ but again, I did not really like it enough to have to pay more for it. Then he showed me the car I ended up buying. It had more miles, it was an older model and it did not have a sunroof. I fell in love with it! He worked a deal I was comfortable with and I gave back that aweful camaro. I even get a sunroof installed! I understand that we all have our jobs and some are considered 'hustlers', but I had a very pleasant experience with Eric. He gave me what I wanted by listening to me -- got me where I wanted to be in payments and made the whole deal work. He listened to his customer and now he has a happy one. He is definitely a keeper!
