Fast with no appointment
I called Good Chevrolet in Renton to find out how much my new Chevy Cruze's "free" oil change would cost me (it came with lifetime free oil changes). This was its first service at 7500 miles and I expected a lot of add-on costs for filters or maybe a lift bay fee. Turns out there weren't any and, to my surprise, they said I didn't need an appointment either. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years so I was expecting that I would have to drop my car off for a few hours at a dealer. I was wrong. I waited only 35 minutes for the oil change and a tire rotation (which was my request, not theirs). The only complaint I will give and the reason they didn't get 5 stars is that, unlike Jiffy Lube, they did not vacuum my interior.

Quick and thorough repair at a fair price
My car was dead due to an electrical/computer problem. I'd tried to fix it myself but couldn't. Had the car towed to Good. They fixed it the same day, were quick, friendly and charged a very fair price. They were even willing to use the part that I had tried to install and it worked out great. Would definitely recommend them.

Spoke with Molly. She said she would not recommend the business to others because they originally charged her $400 for services that were covered under the warranty. The business disputed the cost of the service, but they reduced the cost by $200. She chose not to elaborate. She said she had expected the work to only cost $100.

Great Customer Service
Only owned my car for 24 months, but needed a new alternator and back window was off track. I was just out of warranty, but Good Chevrolet covered both under warranty. Much appreciated!
