My experience yesterday at Griesbach Auto Service could not have been more positive!
Jon, Pat, and Tristan truly went the extra mile to not only change my oil, but to test and qualify to me the status of all other fluids as well as my bearings; I've never been to a shop which has been that comprehensive with just a routine oil change!
They opened the door for me as I came in from the parking lot, offered me popcorn (one of my favorite things in life!) and informed me they had free internet service available while I waited. The shop even had a customer desk area available in their waiting room which was very clean and inviting; it gave me the impression I was in someone's living room.
All of the staff are highly knowledgeable and shared with me highly proactive measures I could take to optimally maintain my aging Ford truck and minimize the risk of breakdowns and high downstream mechanic costs.
To summarize, I was very impressed on many levels by Griesbach Auto Service & Sales, I will highly recommend them, and I will continue to trust my vehicles to their auto shop! Thanks for a great experience! L. Voigt Smith
