Expecting to wait, I was surprised to get my car in for diagnostics and repair right away the next day…especially knowing it wasn’t going to be easy. After all, I had already been told by two other local businesses that they could not get my car to “cut out” as I stated was happening. Griesbach staff offered a loaner car without me even having to ask. I live so close, I did not need a car, but requested a ride home, which was immediately granted without question. I received communications throughout the process, with a thorough explanation of the problem(s). The repairs were itemized with choices from minimum to maximum needs with the freedom to do as I choose without judgment or influential pressure. I love the fact that text messages and phone calls were made with easy access to review the problems as well as making payment for the service. All in all, everybody there is well seasoned and knows their stuff. Excellent customer service. I will definitely continue to take part in their services.
